In the performance you can discover sounds of Ukrainian plucked string folk instrument - bandura, Japanese bamboo flute - shakuhachi, tibetan bowls, ancient Armenian double reed woodwind instrument - duduk, wind instrument of Australian indigenous – didgeridoo, as well as violin, drums, piano/keyboards. And of course enigmatic world of singer through her unearthly vocal.
Four releases have been officially released ("Mermaids in da house" 1997, "Sleep" 2001, "Roosters" 2004, "I'm Young" 2005). Unofficial albums "Apple" 2010, "Katya Chilly Group live 2011", "Katya Chilly Group live 2017". The 2019 concert program, a lullaby of ambient music, and the Ukrainian traditional polyphonic series "Sacral" and the ethnic psybass for trans festival program are now being released.
In the history of her career there are MTV and BBC channel broadcast projects, there are over 40 international festivals and tours United Kingdom.
Katya Chilly is now she UNDP Tolerance Ambassador to Ukraine and the founder of 7 arts education projects in Ukraine.
